Returns & Refund Policy

Bamboo Strategy Group sells EV charging products through authorized manufacturer and distribution relationships. Some orders may ship directly from manufacturer or distribution partners. Products purchased through this website are sold by Bamboo Strategy Group. While some orders may be fulfilled and shipped by authorized manufacturer or distribution partners, Bamboo Strategy Group remains your first point of contact for order support, return requests, and warranty coordination.

Returns
Returns are not automatically accepted on all EV charger purchases. Because many products are fulfilled through manufacturer or distribution partners, all return requests must be reviewed and approved in advance by Bamboo Strategy Group. 

To request a return, customers must contact Bamboo Strategy Group at service@bamboostrategy.group or 716-220-8201 within 10 days of delivery. Return approval does not guarantee manufacturer acceptance unless the item meets the stated conditions.

To be eligible for return consideration, items must generally be:

  • unused

  • uninstalled

  • in original packaging

  • in new, resalable condition

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items may include:

  • installed products

  • opened or damaged packaging that prevents resale

  • special-order items

  • clearance or final-sale items

  • products not returned in original condition

 

Return shipping
Unless a product arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise approved by Bamboo Strategy Group.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Bamboo Strategy Group promptly at service@bamboostrategy.group with your order details and photos if applicable. We will coordinate next steps, which may include replacement, manufacturer warranty support, or other resolution as appropriate.

 

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, less any applicable shipping, restocking, or handling charges. Manufacturers may charge up to a 30% restocking fee for returned items.

Manufacturer warranties
Many products sold by Bamboo Strategy Group are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. Bamboo Strategy Group can help coordinate warranty-related questions, but manufacturer warranty coverage is governed by the manufacturer’s own terms.
